Le Paige Starts #FreeBeau Campaign to Save Singer and Record New EP
Hollywood Pop/Rock band, Le Paige, will be returning to the studio in November to record the follow-up CD to their well-received debut EP, “Hit the Lights.” That is, if they ever find their lead singer. In the middle of filming a Kickstarter fundraiser video, lead vocalist Beau Garner is kidnapped, leaving the remaining 3 band members on a scramble to pay the $9,698 Kickstarter ransom.
With the support of their friends, family, and fans, Le Paige would create the #FreeBeau campaign to raise awareness for the missing singer. With supporters including Kevin Lyman, founder of the Vans Warped Tour, Jason Lancaster, lead singer of Go Radio, and numerous costumed characters, Le Paige hopes to gather enough backers on their Kickstarter campaign to free their lost comrade and record their second release.
Make no mistake; this is a band taking the music scene by storm. With their enthusiastic rock edge, undeniable pop swagger and anthemic songs, the band has already played huge events such as the Vans Warped Tour, KROQ Locals Only Showcase, and the LA County Fair. In addition to this, they have been featured on the October 2012 issue of Music Connection magazine and opened for Go Radio and SafetySuit.
During their year-long run, Le Paige has achieved numerous accomplishments and rave reviews. Bernard Baur from Music Connection magazine describes them as “Power Pop redefined by driving ambition and professionalism.” Luke Helker from Hear Me Out sees “…the potential to become the next Blink 182.”
